Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment and infrastructure. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance projects, and implement preventative maintenance strategies to support continuous production.

Duties

Supervise and lead maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee the scheduling and execution of routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency interventions across all plant equipment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Manage facilities systems including HVAC, electrical (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical (including high voltage) and mechanical systems. Coordinate with project management teams for large-scale upgrades or installations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation equipment. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety procedures in English. Monitor equipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory levels for spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance operations.

Experience

Proven supervisory or management experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including electrical (high voltage & low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools such as multimeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management. Strong understanding of electrical safety standards related to high voltage systems. Project management skills for coordinating large maintenance projects or facility upgrades. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English. Prior experience working within manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
