Position Summary:
Performs and/or supervises manual tasks to assure proper operation and maintenance of assigned facility(s) and equipment in accordance with local, state, and national building codes. Coordinates maintenance services and activities. Answers emergency calls and responds as required.
Pay Grade: 110

Qualifications
Experience: 6 months + training beyond High School. Five to seven years of increasingly responsible in building maintenance and operations including supervisory experience. Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Class C Driver's License.
