Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team that keeps our fishing resort running year round. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, and coordinate equipment/facility repairs. Ice house maintenance, snow removal, larch boat maintenance, electrical, plumbing, etc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a huge variety of tasks which ensures you'll never be bored!

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the resort Lead troubleshooting efforts for any issues Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, including upgrades or installations of new equipment or systems. Supervise a team to ensure team is efficient and held accountable

Experience

Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience Hands-on experience Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious culture. Mechanic/engine knowledge a plus Handyman experience a plus Electrical/plumbing experience a plus p
