We're looking for an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

to lead the way at Hermitage Knoll, Oaks, & Place Apartments a vibrant community of 134 apartment homes. You'll be the driving force behind keeping our property in top condition -- safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming for every resident.

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and support

your maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service. Take ownership of the

day-to-day maintenance

of our apartment homes and community spaces. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, and more. Ensure

service requests are completed within 24 hours

, with care and attention to detail. Proactively handle

preventive maintenance

to avoid surprises and costly repairs. Oversee

groundskeeping and curb appeal

-- pressure washing, debris removal, and more. Maintain

inventory

, track expenses, and

stay ahead

of maintenance needs. Rotate

on-call

duties and assist with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Ensure

safety compliance

with OSHA standards and SPM procedures. Be a

partner and problem solver

-- working closely with residents, vendors, and office staff to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Bring:

At least

3 years of property maintenance experience

(supervisory or lead tech experience a plus)

EPA HVAC Certification

(required) Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance

Leadership

mindset with great communication and team-building skills High standards for

quality, safety, and customer service

Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
