What You'll Do:

Oversee daily maintenance operations, including buildings, grounds, and amenities Complete service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance Supervise vendors and in-house staff; assist with hiring, training, and performance Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed Maintain inventory and operate within budget

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing Strong HVAC background with EPA certification (Type II or Universal) Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry Reliable transportation and basic tools required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions
