Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment in the designated location. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
