Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and support reliable, safe, and efficient operations across our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role leads maintenance activities across all shifts, ensuring equipment is properly installed, maintained, and repaired. The Maintenance Supervisor works cross-functionally with production and other departments, driving preventative maintenance programs and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and results.



What You'll Do



Supervise maintenance staff and assign tasks based on team skillsets. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. Manage inventory of critical spare parts and tools. Monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and productivity. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local codes. Support safety programs and emergency preparedness efforts. Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions. Approve timecards and monitor attendance using NOV systems. Utilize NOV Max Maintenance software for planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualifications



High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or maintenance preferred). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Adobe. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Flexible scheduling and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Job Requirements



Work performed in a factory environment with PPE required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movement for up to 12 hours/day. Less than 10% travel. Overtime and shift work as needed.
