Job Description

We are currently seeking a

Maintenance Supervisor at a 91 unit Garden Style Apartment Community in Bothell, WA.

Full Time Monday- Friday

.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide

leadership and direction

to the maintenance team, ensuring all work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks are completed promptly and to standard. Maintain a

positive and professional relationship

with residents, vendors, and fellow associates to ensure exceptional customer service. Perform and oversee

general maintenance tasks

, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry. Manage

apartment turnovers

, ensuring units are repaired, painted, and move-in ready on schedule.

Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment

monthly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate and schedule vendor work

, obtain bids, and monitor project progress for quality assurance. Maintain

accurate inventory

of supplies and equipment, and order materials as needed within budget guidelines.

Enforce safety procedures

and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Assist in developing and maintaining

preventive maintenance programs

to reduce long-term repair costs. Provide

training and mentorship

to maintenance staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance

, including supervisory or lead technician experience. Proven ability to

troubleshoot and repair

plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues. Strong

leadership, organization, and communication

skills. Excellent

attention to detail

and commitment to resident satisfaction. Experience with

vendor coordination, project oversight, and budgeting

preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required;

trade school, certifications, or military training

highly desirable. Must possess a

valid driver's license

and reliable transportation.
Pay :

$33-35.00 DOE per hour with quarterly bonuses
