Busy 300 unit complex in Albany Georgia in search of Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor. Candidate MUST be EPA certified and have no less than two years experience in Apartment Maintenance. Candidate will meet with vendors, residents and Property Manager, so good communications skills are a must.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests and reporting potential liability concerns or safety hazards.
Assist with planning and execution of all preventive maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety systems.
Assist maintenance team to complete apartment make ready process.
Ensure the knowledge of, and enforcement of, company safety policies.
Must be EPA certified. Must have own tools and transportation!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
