Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Stonebridge of Abbeville. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. A strong background in HVAC systems and a valid HVAC Certification are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the facility. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues. Manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory. Collaborate with management to plan and implement facility upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications

HVAC Certification is required. Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
