Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Utility Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks and facilities maintenance. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. General carpentry experience is required.

Multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Conduct inspections to identify issues or potential hazards within the facility.. Assist with painting projects as required. Maintaining AC drip lines Outside building maintenance such as; replacing doors, handrails, general carpentry Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients. Take direction from Head Maintenance and assist with projects Open pool, change trash, clean gas grills and charcoal grills Power-wash, mop, sweep, pick-up litter, use leaf-blower, change light bulbs Clean cabana, clean cabana bathrooms, clean staff restroom

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is essential. General carpentry experience is required. Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration with team members and customers.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
