Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, and systems



Work with a team that appreciates your skills.



Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities including repairs, basic carpentry and plumbing. Through the work order request and assignment system, perform necessary maintenance and repairs. Provide lawn care, landscaping and snow removal as per annual agency plan.



Maintain accurate and timely documentation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Maintain communication with supervisor and other key stakeholders regarding project plans and status. Manage purchases within established policies and department budget



Maintain communication with supervisor and other key stakeholders regarding maintenance projects Follow all applicable policies, procedures and licensing regulations



Participate in a 24/7 on call maintenance schedule.



Performs other duties, as requested.


High school diploma or GED must have at least four (4) years of comprehensive maintenance experience, consisting of electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Experience in program and or project management, grounds maintenance and supervisory skills.
