About us

Fulcrum Property Management is a property management company managing single family and small multi-family properties.

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Specialist to travel to homes throughout Corvallis and Albany areas to conduct annual inspections, handle service issues, and make vacancies ready for occupancy. Ability to work with a computer to describe work performed, materials used, hours worked, and communicate with tenants and property owners by email. Good communication and customer service skills needed to schedule work with tenants and follow-up with property owners. Must have good driving record. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in maintenance, be detail oriented, and work well both independently, as well as with a team. This role has the potential to turn into a salaried full-time position.

Repairs include but not limited to:

Basic Carpentry Painting Light Electrical Light Plumbing Drywall repairs Window repairs Water Heater repair Hardware Replacement Lock Changes Light fixture/Fan Repair/Replace Other miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:

Excellent time management skills Identify and communicate priorities Use power tools Be able to work independently Excellent communication skills Analyze situations and solve problems using good judgment Reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools, including power washing equipment and ladder.
Qualifications:

Pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates One (1) year of previous experience in a maintenance-related field, preferably in property management Positive attitude and trustworthy Current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of and adherence to all Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws, refraining from all illegal discrimination practices
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
