About the Role

We're looking for a

Maintenance & Renovation Specialist

to join our growing Maintenance & Renovation team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work, wants to learn valuable trade skills, and enjoys working as part of a skilled, supportive crew. You'll help keep our homes in top shape -- tackling everything from day-to-day maintenance to renovation and improvement projects.

You'll work directly under

Aaron Weidenaar, General Manager of Maintenance and Renovations

, alongside experienced carpenters, plumbers, electricians and technicians who will help train you in all aspects of residential maintenance and home improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with home repairs and preventive maintenance (plumbing, electrical, doors, appliances, lighting, etc.) Support renovation projects including painting, drywall, flooring, and light carpentry Prepare job sites, clean up, and handle materials safely and efficiently Learn and follow company standards for quality, safety, and communication Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily assignments Interact professionally with property owners, guests, and other KMH departments Participate in occasional weekend or after-hours calls as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude -- team player is a must Basic understanding of tools and home repair helpful, but we'll train the right person Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Killington, VT Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills every day

Pay & Benefits

$25-$29/hour depending on experience Full-time, year-round employment Tools, vehicle, and uniforms negotiable Seasonal perks (e.g., ski passes, company events, team outings) Advancement opportunities to Maintenance Technician, Renovation Lead, or Supervisor roles
