The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will oversee maintenance operations and reliability programs within a food manufacturing environment, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and ensuring smooth production processes. This role requires expertise in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and a strong understanding of cooking and batching processes.

• Lead and manage maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and optimal production performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using TPM and CMMS systems.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee equipment installation and ensure proper functionality for cooking and batching processes.
• Plan and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

A successful Maintenance & Reliability Manager should have:

• Proficiency in maintenance management and reliability engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, including cooking and batching.
• Experience with TPM, CMMS, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage CapEx projects and vendor relationships effectively.
