Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Conduct preventive maintenance on all guest rooms Respond to job orders in a quick manner

Qualifications:

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Over 2 years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems High school diploma/GED or equivalent
