Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing Equipment

Worksport, a growing manufacturer of premium pickup truck accessories, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in West Seneca. In this critical role, you will be responsible for keeping our production facility and equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position focused on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on our manufacturing equipment. The role also includes performing facility upkeep, such as plumbing and electrical maintenance, and assisting with the fabrication and setup of new machinery. Your work is essential to minimizing downtime and ensuring our production goals are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. A strong background in troubleshooting both facility and equipment electrical systems. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints is required. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
