Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all maintenance activities for production equipment and facility infrastructure. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime with department leaders. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, respect, and excellence. Promote strong teamwork across departments to ensure maintenance solutions align with production goals. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production teams and key supply partners to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment (printing industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building a cooperative and supportive work environment. Ability to analyze data and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
