team as a Shift Supervisor! You will be essential to our daily operations, leading our team and ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Lead Daily Operations:

Direct the team during assigned shifts, ensuring all wash procedures and quality standards are met consistently.

Customer Service Excellence:

Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Team Management:

Train, motivate, and coach Wash Attendants. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive, energetic team environment.

Cash and Inventory:

Manage cash handling, run daily reports, and assist with monitoring inventory levels for chemicals and supplies.

Equipment Upkeep:

Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime. Report major maintenance needs promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Experience:

1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in retail, car wash, or a similar customer-facing environment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solver:

Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
