Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A seeks a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, helping ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational environment for our guests and team members. No prior maintenance management experience required--just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of equipment. Learn and perform basic kitchen equipment, lighting, and plumbing repairs. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the leadership team. Support team members by setting up equipment and helping with daily operations. Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed to assist with repairs and inspections. Follow all safety protocols and procedures as trained.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings if needed.
