We're looking for a

Maintenance Manager

who can lead our field team, keep our properties in top shape, and make sure work gets done right the first time. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, hands-on, and ready to run a department with confidence.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

Supervise maintenance techs, remodelers, and vendors. Assign work orders and ensure timely, high-quality completion. Train, support, and guide your team so everyone stays aligned and productive.

Maintenance Operations

Oversee day-to-day repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance. Inspect properties to identify issues before they become emergencies. Maintain organized systems for tracking work orders, materials, and schedules.

Quality Control

Ensure all repairs meet company standards. Double-check unit turns for readiness before leasing. Follow up on recurring issues to find long-term solutions.

Communication & Coordination

Update office staff on progress and timelines. Request materials, schedule contractors, and manage inventory. Work closely with property managers to prioritize needs and stay ahead of deadlines.

Reporting & Documentation

Keep accurate records of completed work, costs, and team performance. Provide weekly updates to leadership. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency across the department.

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team Solid maintenance/repair knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics, etc.) Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track Good communication skills and follow-through Experience in maintenance management or property maintenance is a major plus
