The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all plant equipment and facilities. This role ensures optimal equipment uptime and efficiency across three operating shifts, leading a team of maintenance leads, mechanics and electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, proven leadership experience, and a proactive commitment to safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and develop a multishift maintenance team to ensure 24/7 operational support.
Manage and provide technical directions to maintenance teams across three shifts, including shift leads, mechanics, and electricians.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Lead inhouse mechanical and process improvement projects from design through execution.
Develop and implement maintenance programs and standard operating procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and project documentation.
Drive a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the maintenance department
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (required).
Minimum 57 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably overseeing multiple shifts
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
Proven experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
Demonstrated ability to lead inhouse engineering and improvement projects.
Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
