Responsibilities

BMW-Specific Tasks:

Perform oil services, tire changeovers, alignments, light-duty diagnostics as needed and other basic maintenance services efficiently and professionally. Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to the service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure an efficient workflow. Stay up to date on new vehicle technologies through company-provided training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude with 1 - 2 years of Lube Technician experience required. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset. Motivation to learn, grow, and advance within the automotive field.
