The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking full-time Maintenance Laborers to join our team at The Ridgeline Hotel in Gardiner, Montana.

• Perform building maintenance duties.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Order parts and maintain inventory as directed.
• Perform basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Perform lifting, shoveling, cleanup work, snow and ice removal, painting and assist in general maintenance work.
• Remodel and repair wooden structures, buildings, and their furnishings.
• Safely operate small power tools, shovels, rakes, and other maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months\' previous experience in maintenance or construction environment.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and to paint.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor.
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally.
