Your role as Maintenance Apprentice is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Learning about all aspects of Apartment Maintenance Help the maintenance team to complete work orders as assigned Help the maintenance team with Apartment make-readies and turns Grounds upkeep Cleaning and upkeep of property Maintain property curb appeal * Provide excellent customer service to residents
