Maintenance Helper
Job Description
The Maintenance Helper shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of the buildings. The Maintenance/housekeeping Helper is administratively responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor.
1. See that buildings are maintained in adequate condition and in proper state of repair. The area of concern shall include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
2. To perform any service the Maintenance Supervisor or Administrator may request as it pertains to the care and maintenance of the facility's physical plant as required by facility and state safety policies.
3. Maintain the facility's grounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
