The
Maintenance Foreman
leads the team that keeps every part of the park running--facilities, grounds, systems, and infrastructure that support animal care, staff operations, and guest experience. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects, guide the team, and make sure work is done safely, efficiently, and to standard.

What You'll Do
Provide strong
Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA)
to your team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth.
Large portion of position will be in office but has the ability to go onsite to support team as needed and work on projects
Oversee and assist with preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
Assign and monitor work orders, inspections, and projects
Ensure facilities, buildings and equipment meet safety and operational standards
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Schedule staff and coordinate coverage for daily operations and special projects
Track maintenance needs, supplies, and inventory
Communicate clearly with leadership and other departments regarding timelines and priorities
Assist with vendor coordination and oversight when needed
Promote and enforce safety procedures and best practices
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Standardize processes and support continuous improvement
What You Bring
3-5+ years of maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
Strong working knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Experience with animal enclosures ideal, but not required
Proven ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using work order systems, schedules, and basic tech
Ability to see and plan for big picture projects
