Facilities Director

to lead our Maintenance team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in life safety inspections, HVAC systems, and general facility upkeep. This role is crucial to ensure our building is safe, clean, and operating at its best while meeting all local, state, and federal standards.

Director of Maintenance Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations and facility inspections Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in excellent condition Ensure compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations Supervise maintenance staff and manage department budget Coordinate preventative maintenance and keep accurate records
