HomeRiver Group is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their Meridian, ID team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring timely service, and facilitating clear communication between maintenance teams, property managers, and tenants. Your role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards in property management. You will manage maintenance coordination remotely, ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities remotely, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers regarding maintenance issues and updates.
Act as a liaison between Maintenance techs and property Management team to ensure prompt response to maintenance requests.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians to assign and follow up on work orders.
Monitor and track the status of maintenance requests and work orders, providing regular updates to property managers and tenants.
Utilize maintenance management software for tracking, reporting, communication, and analytics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, tenants, and internal teams.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and the effective resolution of maintenance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in maintenance coordination or a related role, preferably in a remote environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance management software (Property Meld) and Google Suite. Familiarity with building systems and maintenance practices is necessary.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with property managers, tenants, and diverse teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on tenant and property manager satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and build rapport.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with various departments, property managers, maintenance technicians, and tenant groups.
