Job Description

We are looking for an organized person to come into our company! The ideal candidate is someone to be responsible for the oversight of residential properties and coordinating with vendors. This person must be able to keep records of scheduling, following up with tenants, homeowners, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities



Coordinate maintenance with properties Inspect properties Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and homeowners Provide receipts to owners Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

Skills



Property management work is a plus but not needed Organized Customer Service dealing with clients and tenants Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills High School degree Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
