Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$15.04/hour | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity


A local company in Charleston is seeking dependable candidates to join their team in preparing housing units for incoming tenants. This position offers steady, full-time hours with the potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests (work orders) as assigned Perform routine grounds work year-round Assist with general repairs and upkeep of housing units Support property preparation for new tenants

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Basic drywall repair and painting Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge General HVAC knowledge Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

or

reliable transportation to work Own basic hand tools Background-friendly employer (case-by-case consideration)
