We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality rental properties and providing exceptional service to our tenants. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team and help us ensure that our rental houses remain in top condition.

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for addressing maintenance requests for our rental properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and scheduling service times with tenants. You will work independently, using your problem-solving skills to address a variety of maintenance concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete work orders for maintenance and repair tasks at rental properties. Schedule and coordinate service times with tenants to ensure minimal disruption. Diagnose and repair a range of issues including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored. Use the company vehicle for transportation to job sites. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar role. Strong diagnostic and repair skills across various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and scheduling appointments. Must be responsible, reliable, and professional in all interactions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No criminal background.

Schedule:

Start time: 9:00 AM daily. Flexible hours based on the needs of the job and tenant availability.
