MAINTENANCE Associate

Maintenance Associate

Maintenance Supervisor



Responsibilities



Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. Works with hourly stand supervisors and the operations team to ensure that all restaurants and carts are set up for success and continue to operate successfully throughout the day. General upkeep of the warehouse, walk-in coolers and freezers including cleanliness, organization, and proper rotation of product, park-wide?using the principles of FIFO. Responsible for daily janitorial duties for all locations- 20ft around Monitors the use of and educates park staff on proper use of chemical agents and storage. Provides preventative maintenance to food and beverage equipment throughout the campus. Process and work on submitted internal maintenance work orders for SSA areas. Picks up?radio?calls as they come through and is able to prioritize the urgency of calls and reorganize tasks to fit the needs of the operation?or as designated by the Food Service Operations Manager. Displays a sense of urgency and professionalism at all times. Greets guests when in front-of-house areas and answers questions/offers assistance to guests and staff when asked. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety practices, and completes all mandatory trainings as required.

Job Requirements



High School Diploma or GED required for applicants over 18 years of age not currently attending school. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (up to 50 lbs.) of merchandise throughout the facility and perform all functions as set forth above. Must be available to work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed. Must have a valid driver's license.

Previous Experience



Maintenance experience preferred. All educational backgrounds are eligible.

Compensation and Benefits



Eligible for overtime pay. On-Demand Pay Program: Get access to a portion of earned wages before payday. Meal Plan & Employee Discounts at applicable locations. Participation in a 401(k) program with a 15% company match (must be 21 years or older, eligible after one year of employment with 1,000 hours worked, available to enroll during Open Enrollment Periods). Tuition Discount through Partnership College. Up to 8 hours of Bereavement Leave Holiday pay of 1.5x the regular rate is provided for hours worked on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Accrual rates, caps, and usage rules vary by location.

Arizona, California, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C.. Colorado: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Maryland: Employees accrue at least 1 hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year, as required under the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act. Washington: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, in accordance with the Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time.
