The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled
Maintenance Assistant
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance of facility mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance practice and maintain all aspects of the building and site in excellent repair and working order Prioritize and complete work orders in TELS Maintain life safety compliance per CMS regulations Support survey readiness and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Duties as assigned
What You Must Have
Experience in drywall, taping, painting, and proficient with the use of power tools NFPA knowledge and experience preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance is a plus Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
