Maintenance Assistant

to support our team.

Comfortable dealing tactfully with personnel, resident, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public Has a positive attitude and cheerful disposition Strives to ensure the safety of our residents Complete scheduled maintenance tasks Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing

The Qualifications & Physical Demands:

Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations Must have 2+ years of experience Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights
