part-time, days may include some on-call responsibility van driving to and from appointments during the week as needed

As our maintenance assistant, you will

perform routine maintenance within the facility and on facility grounds, including basic plumbing and electrical tasks, complete painting projects perform preventive maintenance tasks assist with groundskeeping as needed assist residents with driving them to and from appointments during the week as needed

Required Qualifications:

applicants must be 18+ years of age high school diploma or equivalent possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
