POSITION DESCRIPTION:



As a maintenance assistant you are responsible for supporting the efforts of the Maintenance Director with the preventative maintenace program, Life Safety, facility upkeep, etc. Previous painting experience required.





GENERAL DUTIES



Assit with the general repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the facility.



QUALIFICATIONS


High School Diploma with relevant course work is desirable.

Previous experience in painting, maintenance, HVAC, general contracting, electrical, etc. is desirable
