Maintenance Assistant - Fulltime

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Assisted Living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supports daily upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance for the building, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Perform routine maintenance and safety checks Help maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment Respond to work orders and resident needs promptly Follow safety and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred Ability to lift, bend, and work with tools/equipment Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded * Willing to travel to sister facilities within 60-80 mile radius
