This is a combined position that focuses on Resident transports and general building maintenance.

Schedule:

FT 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM w/ every other weekend commitment

Responsibilities:
Must be at least 25 years old with clean driving record. Drive residents to and from doctor's appointments, stores and outings. Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Carpentry experience, preferred Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Must have the ability to handle a physical workload Light plumbing experience Light electrical experience Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter Enthusiastic Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures
