Maintenance Assistant Key

Responsibilities

:




Assist the Maintenance Director with the daily operations of the maintenance department. Assist with managing the maintenance programs to uphold safety standards. Coordinate with the Maintenance Director on repairs and supply orders. Work as a team with the maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.

Maintenance Assistant

Qualifications:




Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and repair processes. Ability to respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks. MUST BE ABLE TO CLEAR A BACKGROUND CHECK
