Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with an on-call rotation

Competitive Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour | Credit for experience

What You'll Do:

Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize A commitment to delivering quality service with care and professionalism
