Maintenance Assistant

Salary:

$16-$18/hr

Schedule:

Part time, around 16/hrs. a week.

Benefits eligibility for some benefits dependent on full time employment status

Duties:

Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis

Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance

Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment

Assists with preventative maintenance program

Qualifications:

Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred

Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc.

Experience with general up keep of commercial building
