Job Description
Responsibilities include;
assist with proper maintenance of equipment
perform repairs and painting as required
performs basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills
evaluate, assess and diagnose problems both independently and as part of a team
assist with work repairs as needed
flexible schedule for ocassional call-in's nights and weekends.
Assist with grounds maintenance Must have Valid RI Drivers license Assist the Director with Life Safety complianceOverlook has an excellent, friendly working environement and are looking for the right person to join our team.
