Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of our villas and common areas. Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Inspect and troubleshoot issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution.

Conduct regular walk throughs of common areas and grounds to identify and address maintenance needs.

Respond to resident service requests courteously and efficiently.

Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.

Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and seasonal projects.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.

Previous experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
