Successful employees are often rehired the following year, based on performance and the county\'s need for employees.

Work is performed outdoors with exposure to the elements, including the heat of the summer or the cold of winter, along with any other weather-related exposures. These are seasonal positions with no additional benefits. Employees may also be asked to assist with work at the cemetery, parks, or other locations as needed.

Applications should be submitted online at and will continue to be received until the position is filled. Paper applications are also available at the Churchill County Human Resources Office (located at the County Administration Building, 155 N.
