Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Advisor & Client Relations Specialist to support our fleet maintenance team and service our customer base. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, great phone etiquette, an energetic personality and be an efficient multi-tasker in an office environment.

Responsibilities

Receiving inbound phone calls from customers, drivers, dealerships, maintenance vendors and repair shops Provide top-notch service and guidance to our customers and fleet drivers Coordinate maintenance services, obtain approvals, review estimates for accuracy, issue PO's and submit payment for invoices Excellent communication and organizational skills Assistance with special projects and ordering of customer service materials Reliable and responsible individual with willingness to learn new tasks

Experience

Similar customer service background and being customer focused Quality phone skills and being able to multitask in a variety of duties Recognizing the importance of contributing to a team environment Automotive or dealership background preferred but not required Sourcing new vehicles and assisting in placing factory orders with dealerships

Base Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
