Job Description
o Performance tuning and optimization skills to analyze system performance and make adjustments to optimize resource usage is key to ensuring efficiency. o Preferred expertise in languages like COBOL, JCL, Assembler. o Knowledge of database management systems like DB2 and VSAM. o Understanding of mainframe security protocols, such as RACF, and best practices for protecting data. o Mainframe cryptography knowledge, cryptographic techniques to protect sensitive data. o Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions. o Understanding Workload Management and expertise in managing and optimizing workloads on IBM mainframe system.
