  • Proficient in Microsoft suite programs specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • High degree of proficiency with Adobe desired.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or shipping preferable.
  • Cash handling and familiarity with cash register a plus.
  • Ability to drive company van for mail pick up and drop off.
  • Ability to drive the company golf cart for delivering reports or packages.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds frequently
  • Able to pull or push carts with packages and deliver throughout campus.
  • Able to stand, reach, pull, push, bend and lift on a continuous basis.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to manage customer wine return process.

Mailing Services Associate-TEMPORARY



Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Perform daily operations in Mailing Services. Pick up and drop off corporate mail and drop off employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal mail for USPS. Sort incoming USPS mail and interdepartmental mail into appropriate department boxes. Process and ship corporate and employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal FedEx letters and packages. Fold and stuff corporate correspondence using a folder/stuffer machine. Complete corporate large and specialty print jobs. Process wine returns. Deliver packages and mail throughout the company.
  • Pick-up mail from USPS daily.
  • Sort corporate mail and distribute to appropriate inboxes.
  • Send mailed-in orders and checks to Treasury.
  • Process and ship personal letters and packages for employees via USPS and FedEx.
  • Process corporate mail and packages via USPS and FedEx.
  • Take mail and packages to USPS daily.
  • Open and close register daily.
  • Process weekly deposit and take it to Treasury.
  • Complete large and specialty printing jobs for employees:
  • Printing
  • Padding
  • Laminating
  • Binding
  • Provide editing and design for print jobs.
  • Process returned wine gifts. Maintain an accurate inventory of returned wine.
  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate wine destruction.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of stationery, paper, and office supplies for corporate use.
  • Serve as the primary backup for other Mailing Services functions.
  • Other Duties as assigned
