IST Management is seeking a professional, customer service focused

Mail Services Clerk

to join our prestigious Augusta, Georgia team! The Mail Clerk is responsible for delevering mail-UPS-FedEx packages, processing mail, driving courier van around campus to drop off and pick up mail/packages. Ideal candidates will have the ability to confidently interact with clients, have mail handling experience, valid drivers license to drive courier van and possess excellent communication abilities, and have excellent customer service skills, and are ready to grow in their professional career.

Hourly Compensation:

$15.00-$15.00 based on experience. Bonus opportunities available!!

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS

Responsibilities:

The Mail Clerk is responsible for supporting the office services team and process/delivery all mail throughout the hospital and have great customer service skills, mail & shipping/copy experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Process all incoming USPS mail Create lables for USPS packages to be sent out each day On occation drive courier van and drop off/pick up mail-packages so

must have valid-clean DL

Work well in a Team environment Have excellent cusotmer service skills

Be reliable and have excellent attendance

Able to lift at least 55lbs Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Comfortable being on your feet 5hrs a day Have a great personality and be able to have fun each day

Must have access to reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Mail experience, Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work Lifting up to 55 pounds
