Job Description
Our client, the Department of Children and Families in Vermont is looking for a Mail Clerk to help with P-EBT. This is position is full-time, $22.29 an hour, and 5 months in duration.
Responsibilities:
This person will be helping the team with mailings, tracking sheets and stuffing envelopes. We need someone who is a team player and is willing to pitch in where needed.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Uploaded applications to the correct work queue.
- Assign undeliverable mail to the correct work queue.
- Documents must be properly named and assigned based on identify of form.
- Ability to process high volume of workload.
- Ability to prioritize work based on importance and time sensitivity.
- Previous data entry experienced preferred.
- Strong PC user skills with various computer software programs including - MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel experience is desired.
